Halloween Ghost Cupcakes
For a Halloween party, ghosts are small lollipops (dum dums), stuck in the middle of a chocolate cupcake with double chocolate chip frosting, covered in fondant circles with eyes and mouth cut out with a pastry tip. I love the way you can see the color of the lollipop through the eyes and mouth! I used the same small tip for all three but wiggled the mouth opening a bit to make it bigger. The candy corn is just for a bit of color.
